  • Claim and update your organization’s profile to promote your services and relationships as a cultural hub (tips below)
  • Discover and contact regional and local artists to hire for exhibits, performances, classes, and other creative activities (including performers eligible for NEFA’s New England States Touring (NEST) grants, which can subsidize the fees you pay artists for programs)
  • Find other organizations for potential collaboration on programs and cross-promotion

  • For your main Profile image and Media Gallery, upload images and videos of your organization's programs and space in action instead of a logo. 
  • Popular Activities/Services to select are: Marketing, Professional Development and Training, Funding, Residency Hosting, Workshops / Demonstrations, and producing events like Performances, Concerts, and Readings.  
  • Talk about your Community / Audience Services. What populations do you regularly engage? What is your organization's geographic focus? What accommodations do you offer that make your services more broadly accessible? Do you offer your services in languages other than English?  
  • Share your place in the creative ecosystem by listing your professional affiliations, including if you are a member of the Arts Presenters of Northern New England (APNNE) or the New England Presenters (NEP) consortia  
  • List your partner organizations and artists you've engaged in the I Have Worked With section. 
  • If you have a venue to rent, fill out the Venue for Rent / Use section with fees, features, and other important information  
  • Highlight the accessibility features for both your services and your venue space in the Accessibility of Services and the Venue Available for Rent / Use sections of the Profile

  • Build your Network by finding potential collaborators for a creative economy project, arts exhibition, or public art commission

  • Help library patrons find creative collaborators and resources in your locale
  • Learn about potential collaborators for programs and cross-promotion
