A Food Odyssey encompasses a variety of food and beverage related activities that may include but is not limited to one or more of the following: cooking class; on site food preparation consult; food tasting; wild edible forage; year ‘round fishing; picnic or restaurant outing; visit to a farm, vineyard, orchard, artisan food producer, or artisan beverage producer.

*Today fresh seafood is only a FEDEX away. If it’s not a locally caught stream or lake species, we source from all along the North Atlantic Coast.
