Jeanne Donato has over 25 years of experience collaborating with teachers tailoring programs in narrative and expository writing, and connecting with cumulative classroom writing projects. She teaches students through a literacy-rich, standards-based curriculum: "Students Are Writers" (Pre-K - Gr.7). Literature enriches student schema, graphic organizers guide analysis and application of writing traits, and, integrative exercises reduce stress on writing and foster creativity. Dr. Donato holds a B.A. Elementary Ed., M.Ed. Reading-Story Arts, and Doctorate focused on Reducing Stress and Improving Academic Performance. She is the co-author of “Storytelling in Emergent Literacy: Integrating Multiple Intelligences”.
