Studio 35 is a community-based arts consulting resource, located in Providence, RI. My approach to art-making emphasizes community participation. This means, regardless of the medium, duration, or technical nature of the project, involving as many people as possible in both the decision-making process and in the actual production of visual art. I firmly believe that any given community, whether a church, classroom, or neighborhood, already has the vision, skills, and resources necessary to create artwork that embodies the values of that community. It is my job to bring those elements together.
