I am making artwork that integrates performance, sound, sculpture and drawing. These are diverse material landscapes, installations and projects to reimagine our fluctuating relationships to a historic and immediate world. Thinking about the collective archive, our varied experiences of time, and spontanaeity as evidence of the ephemeral, I reflect about the potentials of utopia and its equal impossibilities. How is performance and the symphonic measure of its presence in daily life a source of reality? What is it about the transfiguration of our senses that bring us closer to the mythic abstractions of the world(s) we live in?
