Abilities Dance

Since 2017, Abilities Dance has welcomed dancers with and without disabilities. As a Boston-based non-profit dance company, we believe in showcasing diverse bodies through our performing company and engaging with the community to teach the value of inclusion through dance workshops, lectures, and conversations on making their spaces more inclusive. We work with dancers to create choreography suitable for their abilities. We utilize composers to create scores based on the movements and the story behind the movements. Our goal is to offer audiences a chance to experience integrated dance combined with original music in an exciting way. We also tour our performances. Fees are negotiable and dependent on costs of travel and accommodations.
