Walter Gomez Accordion

Walter Gomez, Accordionist

Walter is a master musician, originally from Uruguay, now a U.S. citizen and longtime resident of Windsor, VT.  Walter's music is fresh, upbeat, sometimes a little jazzy, and absolutely enjoyable.  His interesting and energetic performance can bring back memories of different countries and make people want to dance!

Walter plays an amplified accordion with rhythm. (He can play at whatever volume you wish.)

He has produced ten solo CDs, regularly composing and arranging music, including: American, Italian, French, Latin and more, in the styles of polkas, waltzes, tangos, salsas, merengues, smooth background music and much more.

Walter is a top-notch, extremely accomplished musician, having played music professionally all of his life in many countries, including the President of Venezuela, Carlos Andres Perez's house (frequently) and has a huge repertoire of world music.

Since his arrival in the Upper Valley over ten years ago, he has performed regularly in various reataurants and settings, solo, and in the Black Beans Band.  He also plays at many farmers markets, senior centers, and fund-raisers.
