OGUNQUIT MUSEUM OF AMERICAN ART
Built in 1952, the Ogunquit Museum of American Art houses some of America's most important 20th Century paintings and sculpture, including the works of Charles Burchfield, Marsden Hartley, Winslow Homer, Edward Hopper, and John Marin. Called :the most beautiful little museum in the world,' the OMAA sits at the edge of the Atlantic and is open every summer from July 1 to October 15; 10:30-5:00 Monday -Saturday, Sunday 2:00-5:00, and closed Labor Day and for rehanging exhibits.
