Lindsay and Her Puppet Pals

Lindsay’s highly interactive, comedic performances delight the young and the young at heart! These larger than life, hand crafted puppets charm even the most timid audience members and provide memorable characters for positive short stories and skits.

Thousands of children and families across NH, MA, and ME have enjoyed Lindsay’s professional and high spirited performances. The program is a great fit for ages 3-8 and families, audiences of 10 or 100....

“Lindsay and Her Puppet Pals have performed for us at our annual Sheepshearing Festival where thousands attend as well as in an intimate show of 30. In each case Lindsay’s stories and puppets delighted old and young alike. As an events planner, I particularly appreciate her professionalism and her flexibility. Her ability to adapt her presentation to the circumstances while maintaining a high-quality performance makes her a pleasure to work with!” – Thom Roach, Events Planner, Gore Place, Waltham, MA

Libraries, elementary schools, and early learning centers make up the majority of Lindsay’s clientele, to whom she makes annual visits...

“I have had three families ask me this week if you were coming back, and that you were the best, they love you, etc – they were very very happy when I let them know you were already on the schedule!”           –Mariah Sewall, Children’s Librarian, Topsham Public Library, ME

Lindsay's animation and timing, high energy, and uncanny knack for silly voices electrifies young crowds (and mastery of gentle crowd control will bring them back!) She believes the visual and interactive nature of puppetry can access the imaginations of even the youngest children to inspire creative play, self-confidence and kindness. She also believes the experience of shared joy and laughter can strengthen a community!

Additional Links:
Outside the Box: With imagination and a bit of literary inspiration, the donkey and I will turn a simple cardboard box into a castle/ boat/ space ship. The kids come up with magic words to send us on our way...
Betty Bear: A spunky disaster cook accidentally invents a new recipe! She falls asleep in her bowl, forgets or eats her ingredients (fortunately the kids will lend her theirs), and watch out when she decides her concoction needs hot pepper!
Before my triceratops became "Roxy", the kids and I had some fun playing with potential voices for the new puppet. They have some great ideas!
Louis Legstrong: Kids delight in his froggy rendition of familiar songs. Can the kids teach him how Twinkle Twinkle really goes?
