Greg Lam is a playwright, podcaster, and board game designer living in the Boston area.
As a playwright, he's been in the Boston Theatre Marathon six times. his sci-fi play Repossessed will receive readings at the Fresh Ink Theatre in Boston and the Pork Filled Players in Seattle in 2017. His works have been produced by Company One, Aching Dogs Theatre Company, The Boston Theatre Marathon, The Pulp Stage, Malarkey Films, Argali Films, Suffolk University Theatre, Shadow Boxing Theatre, and others. As a podcaster, he co-created the Boston Podcast Players podcast in 2017 along with Mara Elissa Palma. The monthly podcast highlights the work of Boston area playwrights. Each episode has an in depth interview with the playwright about her or his career in playwriting, and then features a 10-20 minute table reading excerpt of a full-length play. As a board game designer, Greg has published over a dozen board games since 2001 under the brand Pair-of-Dice Games. He has been in the Games Magazine GAMES 100 three times, including runner up for Abstract Game of the Year in 2003 for Knockabout. His dexterity game Chopstick Dexterity MegaChallenge 3000 was nominated for the Boardgamegeek Golden Geek award for best party game in 2007. That game has since been picked up by Mayday Games.
