I Have Worked With

  • July 2008

COOL and the City of Lowell partnered from 2012-2016, when the City created the office of Cultural Affairs and Special Events (CASE).  COOL’s Director was also the Director of CASE and the organizations work year round to support each other’s work and to promote City initiatives.  COOL was contracted to provide marketing and volunteer support for each of the City’s major annual events including WinterFest, the City of Lights Parade and Lowell Celebrates the 4th.

  • January 2007

COOL and the LNHP have a long history of working together and supporting shared initiatives.  Representatives from the LNHP serve as advisors on the COOL board.  COOL and the LNHP are Partners on the Lowell Folk Festival, supporting activities and logistics for this world renown event.  Through COOL's partnership with the City of Lowell our two organizations have worked together on projects as wide ranging as public art maintenance and enhanced lighting in Lowell's downtown.  COOL has been contracted by the LNHP to oversee the exploration of a park app and a wayfinding sculpture.  The Park has been a key partner in the development of COOL's advocacy group.
