Professional guitarist/producer/arranger/composer; formerly on faculties of New England Conservatory of Music and Berklee College of Music; former staff member at Wesleyan University. Free-lance musician, performing in clubs, concerts, schools, colleges, senior facilities. Currently Music Director for Crocodile River Music doing school residencies throughout southern New England; Music Director for vocalist Dominic DePasquale, leading his band and writing his arrangements. Recording artist and producer for North Star Records and Whaling City Sound. Studied classical and flamenco guitar in Cordoba, Spain; jazz guitar studies in Boston and New York City. Producer at 2 major jazz clubs in Boston area: Regattabar in Cambridge, with Water Music, Inc., and Scullers in Boston. Have divided my attentions between performance and music business for most of my career, my teaching position at Berklee was The Business of Music Production, while at NEC I taught classical guitar. Current position with Crocodile River Music involves African and African-influenced music and dance.
