Active Learning Methods in Shakespeare.

The Rehearsal Room Method of Teaching Shakespeare to Youth has been perfected by educators at the Royal Shakespeare Company (UK) and Christin (currently the lone class member from the US) has been teaching this method in Providence, RI since last year. Christin holds a BA in Theater and Education and has acted and directed in Chicago, Boston, New York, and her home state of Rhode Island. Christin has presented Shakespeare workshops at Trinity College (Hartford, CT), Rhode Island College, The Gamm Theatre, Barker Players, and JDP Productions. On stage she has been seen most recently at Burbage Theatre Company in Pawtucket, RI, and in Scorpio Productions': (Shakespeare's) 'A Midsummer Night's Dream.' She welcomes acting students from underserved populations, including inner city students and children on the autism spectrum.

Workshops either stand alone or presented alongside existing curriculum. Middle and high school, college workshops.
