The Art of Tao LaBossiere is a creative services company, providing murals, arts consulting, illustration, painting, and sculpture to businesses, municipalities, universities and art patrons. The Art of Tao LaBossiere is managed by husband and wife team Tao & Amy LaBossiere and based in Hartford, CT.
As a mural artist, my objective is to transform empty spaces into creative and memorable places. I love to take a plain wall and evolve it into an experience for the viewer that enhances the space they are in. I often employ a 3-D trompe l’oeil effect within my mural paintings. The viewer might initially believe that they are in the presence of a stonewall garden, or an old smokehouse shack. When they discover they have been taken in by a work of art on concrete wall, they are excited and pleased by this thoughtfully creative and memorable place.
