Act!vated Story Theatre

(NOTE: A virtual version of our program is availble during times of social distancing. It consists of a studio-recorded performance featuring multiple camera angles and specially edited to bring the viewer into the action. The fee for one 45-minute program is $285. For an additional $50, the performers will add a live via web interactive session with the viewers.)

Act!vated Story Theatre presents stories on stage that stimulate the imagination, emphasize critical thinking and build cultural awareness. Each 45-minute theatrical production features non-stop action, physical comedy, audience participation, American Sign Language and imaginative props; staged by two professional actors before a gigantic oversized book. Each show features two multicultural folktales.

InterACTive Performance Art and American Sign Language workshops are also available, as are week long residency programs. The troupe tours then entire US every year, available in the Northeast from late summer to early November. Please visit the Act!vated Story Theatre web site for more info.
